More details to this question:
Would I need a lawyer even If I Turned in my papers for an annulment Already? he was cheating and so after 2 weeks of just being married I got the annulment papers and he signed his part. We have no property together & on my case it says divorce. I have been reading that they won’t grant my annulment even if he was cheating. So what can I do if they don’t? I have all the proof.

There may not be grounds for an annulment in your situation.  Infidelity is not a ground for annulment.  You will instead need to file a divorce.  You will need to draft a divorce decree or correctly complete a form divorce decree and then check with the court to see when they will allow you to appear to finalize your divorce with a brief hearing.
