As a fiancé not married but living with step child and father do I have any legal rights to the child yet or not til actual marriage?

Not asking for if my fiancé dies asking because birth mother is crazy has little to no custody gets daily 15 min calls and supervised visits at a 3rd party facility. An tries to say I should have no say so in the child’s school, doctor visits or extra activities only her. But I am a stay at home mother to all the children not just hers and take all of them to school pick them up talk tot the teachers, go on field trips, takes them to all appointments. He works 14-16 hr days.

Unfortunately, not only do you not have any legal rights regarding the child now, but you still do not have any legal rights to the child once you get married.
The only time a step-parent would have legal rights regarding the child is if the other natural parent (not your fiance but the mother) gives up her legal rights or her rights are terminated. Your fiance can authorize a school to let you pick up the child, or he can give you a limited power of attorney to act in his stead, but this does not replace the rights of the natural mother unless they are terminated and you adopt the child.
