My mothers lifelong freind is currently living in the house we rent. About 2 months ago she came up to my house exceedingly drunk.She then stuck her finger about 4 inches up my nose which resualted in the loss of at least 1 pint of blood. She is also abusing acolhol. She became so mentally violent with my mother that my mother attempted to take her own life. Can I go after her for assault.
