Attorney fees

Asked on Dec 27th, 2015 on Divorce - Wisconsin
More details to this question:
My husband has filed for divorce. In the paper work it is written in that the respondent is responsible for the attorney fees. He has a lawyer I do not. Does this mean I'm going to have to pay his attorney fees?

What you saw in the initial pleadings is "boiler plate language" and it is doubtful the court would ever order either of you to pay for the others'  attorneys' fees, absent extraordinary circumstances.
