My daughters mother had been going thru social services for going on two years for child support and every time I would fill out the paperwork and send it in she would drop it and then a couple months later do the same thing all over again she also lied to them there saying I was single and living in the barracks which she new was false because she meet my wife and other two daughters and now she is going thru the courts saying that she is going to ask for backed child support can she do that I have the paperwork from social services stating that she is the one that kept requesting it be dropped not me and saying that she'd settle out of court if I give her full custody saying its a great deal because she knows the judge will make me pay 12,000 in backed support
I'm not exactly sure what your question is, but I would recommend against accepting that deal, especially since it sounds like you do not think you owe any back child support. You should be very careful signing any deal about child support or custody, as these can be reversed by the judge, if she or he thinks it is in the child's best interest.
