My husband and I are currently not living together. He still takes care of everything. I owe someone money and I want to return it to them. I pulled out a personal loan and will be putting it into a separate account to transfer it to them. Can I open the account and send the money and then close the accoutnt with out having ever disclose this information?

Yes, you can, but, if you eventually divorce, you can be forced to show financial transactions from your recent past.
