More details to this question:
I'm married less then two years , we have one kid together that was born in another state. I was told by someone that I'm not this real father , how do I find out if it's true or not true without testing the kid ? The kid is 13yrs old. Is there a way to pull the birth records from another state ?

If you are the father of the child, you can request a copy of the birthcertificate from the other state, you have a legal right to it.  However, just becuase your name is or is not on the birthcertificate doesn't mean you are (or are not) the biological father of the child.
