My fiance is on a ventilator due to covid and I'm being told that I am not to call and get updates on her condition they will relay all information to her oldest daughter and she can inform me of her condition

Unless she signs a document naming you as a person to contact by the hospital, you have no right to contact her. The second you are married, that all changes, you become next of kin.
