I have made payments every month. They had me in jail prior for 89 days and I lost all of my clients (I am a landscaper) in that time frame but has since recovered and has paid the full amounts for the last two years.

You can always petition the Court to modify the terms of your probation. And certainly being up to date on all payments will help your cause. The fact that you were given as much jail time as you were, tells me that you may have had quite the delinquency, however, and the court will want to be very sure that something like that won't happen again. Probation departments can vary greatly from county to county and it may be worth your while to speak with an experienced family law attorney in your area to get a better idea of your chances.

Get an attorney and petition the judge. You might be promoted to "non-reporting" but is there are substantial remaining arrears they will want to hold you on probation so than they can jail you immediately if you fail to pay.
