Can an attorney file without client approval?

More details to this question:
The attorney I had from State A filed the final divorce judgement without my prior approval, and is now filing request for registration with the court in State B, as well as a notice of judgment in the State B court. She is saying that she is filing it with my consent which she does not have.

An attorney can not file without the consent of the client. However, consent can take various forms, so you need to discuss how you may have given consent.
