my boyfriend was taken into custody last night for domestic violence. in nevada. he was released. i didn't press charges or filed a restraining order against him. he has a court date next month. can he come see me?

Absent some court order stating otherwise, that would be up to you. If he, or you, have been told otherwise, consult a lawyer and go over who said that, and why.
