More details to this question:
ex husband wants to pay lower child support.we have two children from the marriage says he's on disability from surgery. he had surgery for accident that happened over a year ago. he is remarried,with two step kids. claims he cant afford child support but drives a 2010 jaguar. he also brags to family that he should be getting back millions from his lawsuit for the accident.

If you have a child support order, he'll need to file a request to modify support. You can fight with him about the nature of his injury and possible award in court. If he stops paying the amount he is supposed to pay, you can file a violation.
