Can he really get full custody of the kids just because my house was dirty when I was sick and he has pictures?

My husband wants divorce and he wants full custody of the kids. I don't have a job but I am a full time mother. I am the one who is with them most of the time. I recently got sick and the house was a mess and dirty for a while but it's all clean again. My husband took pics of my house. He wants to use them against me at court and tell the court that I am not a good mother to keep the kids with. Can he take the kids from me even though I am the one taking care of them most of the time?

I doubt it. Custody is based on which parent can meet the best interests of the children. Hire an attorney to help you defeat your husband's pursuit of custody-especially if your husband has retained counsel.
