Can I ask that my son be never around my husband's girlfriend to keep my child out of danger?

My husband is moving in with his girlfriend who has a very scary past. Her ex boyfriend has stalked her and tried to kill her for the last five years. There is a very lengthy police report on how dangerous the situation is. Can I put in the divorce papers that my son cannot ever be around her to keep him safe?
