I am currently pregnant with someone elses child. my husband and I want a divorce and the baby is 100% not his. Can we finalize the divorce in the state of NC while I am still pregnant?

The fact that you are pregnant will not stop you from getting a divorce. You still need to meet all of the other requirements thugh.
