can i evict spouse

More details to this question:
her name is on the deed but pays no bills or do anything in the house, this has been going on for over 15 years and I have paid every bill there since we bought it since 1987. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP

No -you cannot evict your spouse.  If the property was purchased during the marriage, or was used as the marital residence, then your spouse has rights to the house, even if your spouse does not pay any bills.
