Can I file a motion for contempt without a lawyer?

More details to this question:
I have a court order date AUgust 2013. My ex has not followed the court ordered to this date. Meaning she has not allowed me to have visitation on my scheduled dates as outlined in the court order.

Contact the coordinator for the court where the case is pending to find out the rules of that court. Most judges will allow self representation if you know how to file and try the case.
