More details to this question:
My children told me they wanted to stay with their mother and they allso told the judge on 2/9/2012 the same thing , but once i spent time with them that weekend they said to me they want to live with me, but my issue is the judge in ark. let them make the decision , allthough theyre mother is unemployed and she lives in a 2bedroom with 3 adults and 3 children, the judge still gave her full custody.
