Can I get an emergency support order as soon as possible?

I am recently separated and my son’s father has been a monster to us both. I had to move from my home because my husband wouldn't pay his support. We had nowhere to go. We ended up at his brothers and after 6 days my husband caused so much drama, he got us removed to streets again. He turned off our cell phones, closed my bank account left us with nothing and he has a very nice place. He makes $100,000 a year.
