More details to this question:
I have 4 months left before I lose my parental rights. 8 months ago, my kids were removed from my house for their safety from domestic violence. Before that I was following my case plan for six months and he didn't do anything until they were removed from my home . During that time I got depressed and discouraged because after he got 3 months clean he got all kinds of praise, transportation to his visits and when I did the same and I didn't get nothing. That caseworker since has been fired. The new caseworker now is doing a 30 day trail at my kids dads. And I have to do treatment as a compliance agreement for another matter. I don't have a restraining order I'm not a danger but he's not letting me see them when I can as long as he's there to supervise. What can I do if he's the one that is a danger without ruining his 30 day trail and getting them taken away I need options other than him. And can I get custody back after rehab

In theory, if you successfully complete any reunification plan, you stand a chance of regaining custody.
What you really need to do is to retain an attorney to assist you. If there are problems with non-compliance with visitation orders, then an attorney could assist you in having the same brought to the attention of the court, and perhaps ensuring compliance.
