I had gotten pulled over n i recieved a possession of paraphanelia charge and i had to go to jail. She was granted temporary and i have been to aa/na for almost 6mths, been doing individual councel, family counceling and i am on probation for 2 yrs. I have never had a drug charge before ever. I have not yet gotten the visits with my children like i am supposed to do. I went one time to their grandmas house n their father came after me. Their father been to prison for shooting our home up with a shot gun. I need some help getting my babies back. I have a lot of documents.

It sounds like you need to begin with filing a motion for contempt (provided there is a Court Order establishing visitation to you) to enforce your visitation of your children.
