Asked on May 23rd, 2017 on Divorce - Indiana
More details to this question:
We got married when I was 17 he was 21. We have been married for 37 years. I got my GED when I was in my 20's, no other education. He said we couldn't have afford it. He never wanted me to work. He said it would be better if I was a stay at home mom. I'm 54 years old, no education and no work experience. He uses this against me, that I won't leave because I have nothing. He makes over $90,000 a year.

Possibly, yes. Please go talk to a family law attorney in your area, and do not let your husband tell you what you will have to do or give you advice on what will happen in a divorce.
