Can I get supervised visits for my daughters father?

Asked on Oct 10th, 2015 on Family Law - New Hampshire
More details to this question:
He pops in and out of her life, usually a month at a time away. I'm worried that the instability he shows is mentally harmful for our daughter. She has a solid family (me, my fiance, and her sister). Also, when he's gone, there's NO contact.
