My neighbors have been calling DSS on me and over and over again for little things and they are trying to get DFS involved they were at a home plan at my mothers house right now but I still have custody I was trying to give my 19-year-old daughter which lives with my mother guardianship for a year for DFS will step out of the picture
While only a court can award guardianship, you and the children's father can sign a Temporary Power of Attorney for Our Minor Children allowing the children to live with their grandmother and older sister and allowing them to enroll the children in school, take them to the doctor, etc. This is revocable at will.
