Can I have child support payments stopped if the kids live with me and I pay for everything?

More details to this question:
My ex-wife and I have joint custody and she has child support payments due to the court agreeing that she would have the kids most of the time. As it turns out, the children reside and live with me. I pay for everything including medical and dental, room and board and all food expenses as well as entertainment expenses. She only takes them on Saturday and Sunday and will ask me to also pay half of anything she spends on the children.
