My sons father has court ordered visitation. Two years ago my sons dr made a report with cps because sexual abuse was suspected. Yesterday when we were at his therapy appointment his therapist suspected the same thing. CPS was called and hes suppose to go to visitation this weekend starting at 1 with his dad, do i legally have the right to deny this court ordered visitation?

You can temporaily deny access to the father, but you should simultaneously file a motion with the court.  Having an attorney who is experienced with family law is essential.  I have practiced in the family/divorce area for over 25 years, and would be happy to give you a consultation to discuss your options.  My office serves Orange and Osceola counties, so if you live in either of these, please feel free to contact me at readinglaw@hotmail.com.
