A third party company works for the company my husband works at. Her company had put her on probation for having an affair with a married man and the wife going to the company. She has now had an affair with my husband. Since the company knows she has affairs with married men, are they liable since they kept her with the company for being sued?
I cannot imagine any grounds on which you could sue. Pennsylvania does not recognize the tort of "alienation of affection." Even if it did, I don't see how you could hold the company liable.
