Can i sue and win fraud and lying

Back in 2008 on my credit There is a Dish Network Bill that's over 1000 dollars That I did not do I know who did. 2 there is a case against me That I beat on my wife Lil sis she is 17 I'm 23 but I know I did not touch her at all BC of this lie I can be alone wit my own 2 kid's till the case is over. I have been going throw them talking about me for over 6 years just trying to get me locked up I do not have a criminal record
