More details to this question:
If I have joint custody of my son and he lives with me half the week. His mother is never home and works when my son is home from school so his grandmother watches him when at her house. I do all the driving and when he sleeps over I drive him 35 mins to school in the morning and arrive at work late. Can I change his school in September to my towns school system? I'm not happy with his progress in the district he is in and my town has a better school system then where he is now.
