My grandmother past about a year ago she left the house to me an my family my aunt was made the power of attorney she's tryna sell the house with out the consent of everybody else an she's tryna kick me out can she do this
the power of attorney that was given to your aunt died with your grandmother. The person who is in control of your grandmother's house is the person named in the will as the executor. You need to get a copy of the will, see if it was admitted to probate, and who was appointed to be in control of the estate. You can do this by calling the county probate office in the county in which your grandmother lived. the clerks there will be able to help you find out more about the estate, including getting a copy of the will. If you were left the house, then you should be able to continue to occupy the house.
