Can my boyfriend and the mother of his supposed unborn baby who has an agreement on joint custody write something up?

More details to this question:
My boyfriend and the mother of his supposed baby live in PA. They get along and have a mutual agreement to share joint custody of the baby when it's born. He doesn't know for sure if it's his but he doesn't want to tell her that he wants a DNA test in case she gets mad. Is there any way he can write something up saying about the agreement and schedule times to get the baby when it's here and get it notarized? He wants to be safe in case she changes her mind. And if he doesn't say in the draft about the DNA test and it's not his would the draft be void? Are there any sample drafts that he can go on when writing the draft. Thanks!
Writing something up is ok but it is only enforceable when the judge signs it as an order. You really need an attorney for this. It helps to have a written agreement to show in the case police or a hospital is involved. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may be eligible for Legal Services or some sort of legal clinic, which does not charge. Call your local courts or ask a lawyer in your town .
