Never saw children in 3 years this year he has only 3 times for a week at a time, this is the first time he has paid child support he owes about 45,000, he is remarried, and still works full time

If you haven't, open a case with the Department of Child Support Services in your county to enforce the order and handle any effort by him to reduce child support.
