Can my ex wife hold my kids from me if my Fiance hit me ?

More details to this question:
She stated I won't get my kids sunday unless my fiance leaves. She said the kids are in danger in which they are not we do not argue nothing around my kids when they are here. Is that even legal. There is no danger to my kids from my fiance not once. But my ex wants to control my life through our kids.
