Can my ex-boyfriend sign over his rights once the baby is born?

He wants me to get an abortion and I'm scared to put my body in that situation again he's bullying me on how since I'm going through with this pregnancy he's leaving town signing his rights cause he's never paying child support for nobody.

He can't just sign away his rights. If you want child support from him you can likely get it.
