Can my husband kick me out of our home?

My husband and I have lived together in our home for 10 yrs. He hasn't lived here in 4 months. We are in a bankruptcy, the mortgage is taken out of his pay check & I pay all other bills associated with the property. Can he kick me out? We live in Tennessee.
