If there is a protection order against my husband seeing my Son but my husband is in jail can i take the baby to see his dad or is that a volition of the Protection order?? I need to know

Your question is a bit unclear. Whose TPO? If it is yours, you should not go near your husband, period, while the TPO is in place. If it is for the child, then the same result. The TPO is pretty simple -- do not voluntarily go near the person listed. If you want conditions to the order, the TPO Master can make exceptions, but it is unclear what, precisely, you are trying to accomplish, or why.
