If there has not been a final disposition by a judge, you are not divorced.

There is no such creature as a temporary divorce. If you mean the temporary orders in your divorce, those remain in effect until the divorce is final. Speak to your counsel on why your divorce is taking this much time. If you do not have counsel, perhaps either hire counsel, or at least consult with someone to find out what is impeding your progress.
