Can our move that was given proper notice be challenged after the time allowed?

More details to this question:
The non-custodial parent has not responded to the notice of relocation with child. It has been over 30 days since I moved out of state with the child. Is this a good thing or a bad thing for me?

If the party did not timely object to the move, that is not a bad thing for you.
