in need of help to get a baby back from dyfas for an accident that they are saying its abuse

I'm sorry, but that's not enough information to be able to answer a question.  If there is a DYFS case in which DYFS is alleging abuse, and you have proof that the incident was an accident, then you need to present that to the court.  You can do that without an attorney.  Good luck.
