More details to this question:
I have full custody of my child and 50/50 legal custody. My husband now has a huge job opportunity in another state. the biological father does not ever see our child and has been in and out of custody for the past 10 years. I have done a move away order in which the father has contested. Does he actual have the say in our decision to move to better the family financial? Should i seek legal help?
Dont call me, ask a local CA lawyer. In PA, yes, the bio father has a say and a relocation hearing is usually scheduled. All factors will be considered including the things you want to be considered.
