More details to this question:
I have my children every other weekend. I will be moving in with my fiancé in a month or two. She has 2 children of her own and a small home. My fiancé works every other weekend and it would be better if the weekends she works and her children go with their father that I tai emu kids, so that we have proper sleeping quarters and basically the home to ourselves for the weekend. Financially I pay too much money in child support and bills to keep up my own apartment. The problem is the ex and her friends all are "without" their kids on the same weekends and they go out. So she refuses to change weekends, Is there a way to get this legally fixed without having to go to court? Can I write her a legal letter of some sort?
The only way to change a court judgment is by agreement and approval of the court or by court judgment. You have a good argument and may want to consider going back to court.
