More details to this question:
My kids were taken outta our home due to my 9 yr.old went to school snd told his teacher that i whooped him with a hanger. My 7 yr.Old backed up the story and agreed with her older brother thsy it was true, then they both turned around and said thst their oldrr sister did it instead and not me. They also stated that i smoked marajuana. Now The school reported it to cps and because ive had 2 prior open cases and my 7 yrold daughter had been put in foster care they brought narc task force unit to my home along with cps and i cooperated and found paraphenelia including empty glass meth pipe. So i called grandparents and had them come get them. I agreed with their terms and am willing to do whatever i can to get them home. I never hit my child with a hanger and i admit smoking pot on occasion. The meth pipe was my boyfriends. Can the judge terminate my rights for my 7 yrold?

Yes a judge can terminate your parental rights if you fail to make progress in a Child In Need of Assistance (CINA) case.  I would suggest talking to your attorney on the case, and follow his/her advice to prevent termination.  Termination usually comes after 6 months to a year of lack of suitable progress in the CINA case.
