Looking for a cheap lawyer around Hays ks in trying to fight full custody on kids w dad having supervised visits or no visits due too physical n emotional abuse towards the kids all we have is a parenting plan n place but no specific days listed just says every other wkend but dads not following any of the parent plan. The kids r so terrified they dont want to go because of all the physical n emotional abuse please see what somene can do asap thanks
