Hello my name is Kenya McClinton, I have been the primary care giver of my son for 12 years. His father served me at work with papers for full custody. He is doing this so I can drop the monies he is behind on (11, 000 +) he or hus wife isnt working, he does get unemployment, what should I do? Get an attorney or just respond to the summons?
