More details to this question:
My husband and I are going through a divorce, we have a self-arranged custody agreement, however he has threatened me on three separate occasions about keeping my kids from me. I do not want to go without my kids until we have a court date, what can I do to prevent this?

You can ask for a temporary parenting time hearing or, better yet, submit your custody agreement to the court as a stipulation (signed and notarized by both of you) and ask that the court enter it as an temporary parenting time order of the court that is then enforceable by the court.
