Hi, I was wondering how can my son get custody of his son, my son take care his kids everyday he also is mentally ill but take his meds everyday, on the other hand his baby mother is also mentally ill but she does not take her meds and I have proof on that, what do he need to do to obtain custody?

He needs to file a petition for custody in his local Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court or, if there is already an existing custody order in place, he needs to file in the same court that issued the order.
