Child relocation after divorce question

More details to this question:
My wife and I going through divorce. she staes she plans to relocate with child two years later. I do not want to give permission. If I do not give permission, but in two years after divorce is final she asks my permission and I give permission, can she then move with child? What forms do I have to fill out? Do we need to go to court?

You wife cannot move out of the state without your permission or the courts. You should discuss with your divorce attorney language that can be included in the divorce agreement that will allow Wife to remove the child.
