I am reaching out for my significant other. Can you tell me if there is a limit for child support he can pay to his wife? He is paying more than the divorce decree states (which cam from the court) as well as he pays for all sports, after school care and clothes for (1) child they have together. (agreement is not signed yet). She calls daily asking for more money.

He is only legally obligated to pay according to the court order. If he is paying more than the court has ordered than that is his choice. Best wishes.
