QUESTION

Child support

Asked on Jan 10th, 2018 on Child Custody - Texas
More details to this question:
The father of my kids haven't pay child support for 6 months already he's balance is $6,783. His visitations are 14 days notice one weekend every month. But he only ask for my son (2yrs old) only when is convenient to him. We must communicate via www.talkingparents.com where he usually sends threats on calling ICE on me. I'm afraid that next time he get my son for the weekend he's not going to give him back in order to not pay child support "he thinks that way". I don't want to go against court papers but I do feel that isn't fair that he gets my son when he wants to And not even pay for one diaper. So my question is CAN I DENIED HIM TO GET MY SON?

You cannot deny him his visitation time, but you can certainly let the court know if he doesn't give the child back. You can also file an enforcement for child support. If this is a case through the Texas Attorney General, they may eventually file an enforcement against him.
