Yes, the legal and natural father of a child has an obligation to pay child support regardless of the circumstances of the child's conception. It does not matter if it was adultery, lying, misrepresentation, or what ever caused the pregnancy, the father will have a support obligation. Obviously the father has a right to ask for a DNA test prior to being ordered to pay support and child support must be court ordered.
